300Tdi Conversion Defender 90 LT77 G/Box Full Exhaust Kit SPCK300XB, with our Bolt on Conversion Engine Bracket, (Vehicles originally 4 cylinder Petrol, Non Turbo Diesel Models also turbo models wishing to put a larger bore system on.)
The kit consists of front pipe & Intermediate pipe, a front silencer, rear silencer and tailpipe. Also included are an intermediate rear exhaust mounting chassis brackets and mounting rubbers which are the link type, nuts, bolts, washers and fitting instructions
The front pipe, intermediate pipe and some of the chassis brackets are all specially made with the exhaust pipes made in 409 low grade 1.5mm stainless steel & mild steel flanges. All the system is painted with heat resistant paint including the rear silencer and tailpipe
This full exhaust kit is designed to be fitted with our “BOLT ON ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKETS” see SPCK300EBK with an LT77 Gearbox. this and the other conversion parts are in our related items below

PLEASE NOTE THE SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED FRONT PIPE AND INTERMEDIATE PIPE WILL NOT MATE UP TO THE 200TDI REAR EXHAUST SILENCERS DUE TO THE DIFFERENT SIZE OF PIPEWORK AND HOLE DIAMETERS & ALSO THE SIZE OF THE FLANGES. WE RECOMMEND FITTING THE FULL EXHAUST KIT.
