Over 40 years experience with Land Rovers and Range Rovers, having been brought up off roading them. Worked at Steve Parkers part time 1988-1992 and then full time since 1992. Being Steve Parker’s sister she has been involved with the Land Rovers for a long time. From doing the bookkeeping, to ordering and selling parts and helping to run the workshop, she knows about most aspects of the business. Since Steve has retired she has taken over the running of the parts department plus the special exhaust department, where the Land Rover conversion exhausts, along with other specialist vehicle exhausts are manufactured.

Steve Parker is our in house Series Models and ex-Mod expert.
He has designed our engine conversions, 2.8 Ford V6 into Series Land Rovers.3ltr Ford Petrol V6 & Peugeot Diesel conversion into series & 90/110 Land Rovers. 200Tdi Discovery engines into Series & 90/110 Land Rovers, 300 Tdi into series & 90/110 Land Rovers.
Steve Parker is now RETIRED and his sister Sue is now running the Parts Department, Whilst Kevin (of MAS parts shop in Shaw, Oldham) has taken over the task of running the Workshop. Steve is still helping the teams giving advice and guidance when and where possible
Adam has returned to us in the parts department after working away for a few years, He has previously been working on Defenders and other Land Rover models and has a mechanicing background
Adrian has worked in the Automotive Industry since leaving school at the age of 16 years old fresh from education Adrian started his working life at Austin Rover as a mechanic and later progressed onto a sales role working for Land Rover main dealership and is the newest member of our team joining us in late July 2018.
Wayne has over 20 Years experience designing, fabricating and welding exhausts and pipework in aluminised mild steel and stainless steel. Wayne helps to run the exhaust department by doing the day to day dealing with some of the special exhaust customers and doing the ordering for tube and sheet from which the exhausts are made etc.
Derek has over 40 Years experience designing, fabricating and welding exhausts and pipework in aluminised mild steel and stainless steel, over 20 years of these have been here at Steve Parkers, helping with the design of various exhaust systems.
Gil handles our accounts and finance, whilst also dealing with price file updates and is new to the team in 2016. Occasionally helps out by answering the phones when we are short staffed or all the phones ring at once! Helps the parts team with the once yearly stock taking! Never an easy task
Alex Joined our team at the start of the summer he has been working on eBay/Amazon & Websites since leaving school at the age of 16 Working for numerous companies in many sectors over his time. He currently runs our eBay store and works alongside Sue updating and maintaining the website whilst also taking stock photos social media posts and all over general aspects of the e-commerce sector of the businesses. He also has his own eBay businesses that he runs Part-time when he is not working here.
Kevin (of MAS parts shop in Shaw, Oldham) has taken over the task of running the Workshop and formed a new company Steve Parkers Service & Repairs Ltd. Kevin has had Land Rovers for over 30 years. Having been a customer of Steve Parkers from being a 16 year old lad and his mum bring him for parts for the Land Rover he was building. He has been involved with Land Rover clubs and the Northern Off Road Club (NORC) for many years including being a scrutineer for them for many years. Like all Land Rover people he buys a Land Rover (or Discovery or Range Rover) and never sells them just puts them to grass. His Dads house is very well known for being on the corner of a Buckstones Road, Shaw and having Land Rover’s everywhere!
Russel Started his level 2 mechanic apprenticeship with us in October 2017 he is around halfway through his level 2 apprenticeship and he would like to carry on his education by doing his level 3 after he has completed his current course.
