This kit is to connect up the cooling system when a Land Rover Discovery 300 Tdi engine or 300 Tdi Defender engine is being fitted into a Land Rover 90 or 110 using the 300TDI radiator and framework
This kit consists of
Specially made top radiator hose,
Rubber heater hoses,
Stainless steel hose clips,
Brass plugs for the thermostat housing and radiator as the original plastic ones are prone to bursting,
Temperature sender to enable the 90/110 temp gauge to read more accurately,
Hose radiator to expansion valve
Fitting instructions.
The bottom hose from the donor 300 TDI vehicle is reused, however a new one can be bought see ESR3296

Many of our conversion parts are manufactured by a company with en iso 9002 approved and covered by liability insurance.
This conversion is designed for the original Land Rover chassis. If a replacement chassis has been fitted there may be some differences in crossmembers and brackets etc., causing fitting issues with some parts which is beyond our control.
