Larger bore exhaust system. Manufactured in Stainless Steel with the silencer designed for a turbo engine.
Kit comprises of specially made
Rear silencer & tailpipe
All are manufactured with 304 GRADE Stainless Steel with mild steel flanges.
This comes complete with clamps and stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. Rubber hangars are also included
It is designed to hang on the standard chassis mountings, however some models may need chassis brackets moving although the tailpipe bracket is included
Note Due to all of the different exhaust systems on Long Wheel Base Land Rovers, this system has been made universal and may follow a different route to the vehicles original exhaust
The engine mountings will require packing up about 10mm and the turbo clocking (info in instructions) to allow the 200Tdi turbo to clear the chassis when fitting the 200Tdi Engine
Another option is to change the 200Tdi turbo manifold to a 300Tdi manifold and fit this to the 200Tdi engine then this modification is not required we also can supply an exhaust system for the 300Tdi manifold set up, see part number EXHS3LWBD200300.
For Left Hand Drive Models the steering box will require packing the steering box plate off the chassis by about 25 mm and fit longer bolts and redrill the bulkhead. Get the steering box over to the pedals as far as they will go. This should be enough clearance to clear the drop arm.
Another option is to use a 300 turbo manifold set up from either the Defender or Discovery. We would recommend using the 300TDI exhaust system as above.

We try to supply a comprehensive set of conversion kits, so that when the job is finished it looks like a factory installation. They are supplied as separate kits to allow them to be bought individually or they can be added to the basket and all bought at once depending on your requirements. Many of our conversion parts are manufactured by a company with en iso 9002 approved and covered by liability insurance.
STEVE PARKERS LIMITED have been designing and manufacturing conversion exhausts for over 25 years. Many of our exhausts are made in aluminised mild steel, 409 or 304 grade stainless steel. With mild steel flanges. Usually, they are designed for the engine requirements but also, we try to use the standard chassis brackets and rubber mountings. However, on some model’s other brackets may be required due to the many models of Land Rovers. We specialise in low volume bespoke exhausts.
We manufacture this conversion exhaust 2½” aluminised mild steel in our engineering shop here in the UK
This full conversion exhaust kit is designed to follow the same route as the standard exhaust system and to hang on the same chassis brackets as the standard exhaust and is designed for vehicles that have are fitted with standard leaf springs and the standard Series gearbox. We can supply a modified intermediate pipe if the LT77 is fitted. Please contact us for more information. The exhaust is designed for the original Land Rover chassis. If a replacement chassis has been fitted there may be some differences in hangar brackets etc., causing fitting issues with the exhaust which is beyond our control.
