SPCK224WM 200Tdi Conversion Water pipe kit Land Rover 90 110. Conversion kit to connect the cooling system when fitting the 200Tdi Discovery engine in
LAND ROVER 90 or
LAND ROVER 110 using a Discovery 200 Tdi radiator and engine. It can also be used when fitting a Defender 200Tdi radiator with 200Tdi Discovery engine.
This Conversion Water pipe kit for 200 Tdi Discovery in 90 and 110 consists of top hose, heater hoses, stainless steel hose clips, temp senders (both coarse thread and fine thread )
bottom hose. This bottom hose has been updated with an extra overlay seal where the spigot hose meets the main hose for an extra seal. The actual spigot hose is molded to go round the steering box and has extra length on it, as some models have extra pulleys fitted and this allows extra length to go round them. This can be trimmed back accordingly.

Note the bottom hose has been designed with an electric fan being fitted as the manual fan is offset to one side of the radiator and will not cool the engine efficiently.
It also designed to fit with the Tdi plastic header tank PCF101590
This 90 110 Conversion Water pipe kit for 200 Tdi engine is designed around the Right Hand Drive Models as the heater is on the LHS. It can still be used on the LHD but the heater hoses will need extending accordingly possibly with the pipes already on the vehicle.
It is also advisable to check all your earths and connectors have clean contacts, even the one where the loom connects to the bulkhead. This will help with any temp gauge faults.

They are supplied as separate kits to allow them to be bought individually or they can be added to the basket and all bought at once depending on your requirements. Many of our conversion parts are manufactured by a company with en iso 9002 approved and covered by liability insurance.
This conversion is designed for the original Land Rover chassis. If a replacement chassis has been fitted there may be some differences in crossmembers and brackets etc., causing fitting issues with some parts which is beyond our control.
