We recommend fitting the 200Tdi Discovery intercooler or a Defender 200Tdi intercooler as they are the original ones designed for the engines. These specially made intercooler pipes fits directly onto the Discovery 200Tdi intercooler, they are designed in such a way to allow the air to flow through the system easier without restrictions, LHD Intercooler Kit comprises of specially made metal beaded pipework in aluminised mild steel and rubber hoses to connect to the Discovery or Defender 200 Tdi radiator  Also includes stainless steel hose clips. Conversion Water pipe kit for 200 Tdi Discovery in 90 and 110 consists of top hose, heater hoses, stainless steel hose clips, temp senders (both coarse thread and fine thread ) specially made bottom hose. This bottom hose has been updated with an extra overlay seal where the spigot hose meets the main hose for an extra seal. The actual spigot hose has also been lengthened as some models have extra pulleys fitted. The Flywheel Housing Bolt kit, are Countersunk bolts which are to replace the standard ones which are removed when taking the engine out of the Discovery. The standard ones won’t fit due to the bolt head protruding the Flywheel housing and are also too long. These bolts need to be fitted before the engine is fitted into the vehicle and the flywheel housing will need countersinking, we also include the tools for this. Failure to fit these bolts will cause oil leaks.The flywheel housing gasket & rear crank seal doesn’t form a good seal and therefore leaks from these due to the engine and flywheel housing flexing. If not fitted the flywheel housing is only secured at the top and not all the way round. Fitting these bolts will also secure the ladder frame. Note, These bolts are not for securing the gearbox to the engine Front Conversion Exhaust pipe is specially made and fits directly onto the Discovery 200 Tdi turbo outlet and is designed in such a way to allow exhaust gases to flow through the system easier without restrictions. No modifications are required to the vehicle using this front pipe, the clutch pipe does require moving over, away from the front pipe. The conversion front pipe comes with a gasket, manifold nuts and clamps. 300TDI rear exhaust system is also included is a standard rear end system as they are made differently internally than a normally aspirated or petrol exhaust system, this allows the exhaust gases to flow properly, so the engine doesn’t overheat and doesn’t cause back pressure. Our pipe is sleeved to suit this system. The intermediate pipe supplied is custom to the 2 bolt flange on the 300tdi system and sleeves into our conversion front pipe (spex102). 200Tdi Conversion Air Filter Kit, this is to connect up the air filter system. This kit consists of new air filter assembly, standard replaceable paper element, specially made mounting bracket, two air filter mounting straps, 4 air filter rubber bobbins, induction hoses and specially made metal pipework, stainless steel hose clips. The PAS PIPE extension kit is to extend the Discovery 200Tdi pas pipes to fit into the 90 when fitting the 4 bolt power steering box off the Discovery. This is a better pas box and the pas pipes then fit this pas box and the pas pump on the engine keeping it all standard. Comprehensive fitting instructions for all the pieces are included. We try to supply a comprehensive set of conversion kits, so that when the job is finished it looks like a factory installation. They are supplied as separate kits to allow them to be bought individually or they can be added to the basket and all bought at once depending on your requirements. Many of our conversion parts are manufactured by a company with en iso 9002 approved and covered by liability insurance. This conversion is designed for the original Land Rover chassis. If a replacement chassis has been fitted there may be some differences in crossmembers and brackets etc., causing fitting issues with some parts which is beyond our control.
