LR 90 Conversion 200TDI Full Exhaust Kit SS 90TDI200REXHSS, This is for a full standard 200Tdi exhaust system when fitting a Discovery 200Tdi engine in an earlier vehicle. It is a larger bore than the Land Rover 2.5Petrol and 2.5 Normally aspirated exhausts.
We recommend using the larger bore exhaust that suits the 200TDi engines, so they don’t cause back pressure and overheating issues

The connector pipe will require cutting to suit and then slips inside the Conversion front pipe, See photos

With mild steel flanges. Usually, they are designed for the engine requirements but also, we try to use the standard chassis brackets and rubber mountings. However, on some model’s other brackets may be required due to the many models of Land Rovers. We specialise in low volume bespoke exhausts.
