90TDI200REXH 90 conversion Discovery 200TDI Full Exhaust Kit
90TDI200REXH 90 conversion Discovery 200TDI Full Exhaust Kit. This is for a full standard 200 TDi exhaust system when fitting a Discovery 200Tdi engine in an earlier vehicle. It is a larger bore than the Land Rover 2.5Petrol and 2.5 Normally aspirated and also the turbo diesel exhausts.
We recommend using the larger bore exhaust that suits the 200TDi engines so they don’t cause back pressure and overheating issues.
This is a full exhaust from the turbo outlet to the rear of the vehicle.
This kit consists of
CONVERSION front pipe (SPEX102)
Connector pipe,
Front silencer 200TDI,
Rear silencer 200TDI,
4 chassis mounting brackets,
4 mounting rubbers,
Fixings
Instructions for fitting the front pipe and diagram of rear exhaust sections and brackets
This is an ALUMINISED mild steel system
The connector pipe will require cutting to suit and then slips inside the Conversion front pipe, See photos

STEVE PARKERS LTD have been designing and manufacturing conversion exhausts for over 20 years. Many of our exhausts are made in aluminised mild steel or 304 grade stainless steel. Usually they are designed for the engine requirements but also we try to use the standard chassis brackets and rubber mountings. However on some models other brackets may be required due to the many models of Land Rovers.
