This is a full Conversion Exhaust System for LAND ROVER Series 2 to Series 3 Short wheelbase 88″ fitted with a 200Tdi Engine conversion but uses a 300Tdi Manifold
We manufacture this conversion exhaust 2½” 304 Grade Stainless Steel pipework with mild steel flanges. in our engineering shop here in the UK
This full conversion exhaust kit comprises of
Specially Made specially made front pipe
Specially Made connector pipe
Specially Made intermediate pipe
Specially Made left-hand drive rear silencer (2″ tailpipe)
All in a larger bore than the standard exhaust, a rear silencer with a larger bore inlet and tailpipe, with the internals of the silencer suitable for a turbo engine. This kit comes with Stainless nuts, bolts and washers to fasten the pipework together, hangar rubbers, mild steel larger than standard intermediate pipe clamps and tailpipe bracket. Fitting instructions are also included.
This full conversion exhaust kit is designed to follow the same route as the standard exhaust system and to hang on the same chassis brackets as the standard exhaust and is designed for vehicles that have fitted standard leaf springs and the standard Series gearbox. We can supply a modified intermediate pipe for the LT77 gearbox fitted. Please contact us for more information
When using this for the 200Tdi conversion we also recommend using a 300Tdi intercooler from a Defender or Discovery with our conversion hose kit SPCK338S3C for Series 3 models and FOR Series 2 and 2A with Headlamps in the front panel use our modified intercooler SPCK338S3CMODIC with hose kit SPCK338S2C
This will require the 300Tdi turbo to be clocked and we can supply a bracket kit and instructions for this.
Also source the Discovery 300Tdi air filter box and induction pipe along with our fitting kit SPCK338S3A

We try to supply a comprehensive set of conversion kits, so that when the job is finished it looks like a factory installation. They are supplied as separate kits to allow them to be bought individually or they can be added to the basket and all bought at once depending on your requirements. Many of our conversion parts are manufactured by a company with en iso 9002 approved and covered by liability insurance.
STEVE PARKERS LIMITED have been designing and manufacturing conversion exhausts for over 25 years. Many of our exhausts are made in aluminised mild steel, 409 or 304 grade stainless steel. With mild steel flanges. Usually, they are designed for the engine requirements but also, we try to use the standard chassis brackets and rubber mountings. However, on some model’s other brackets may be required due to the many models of Land Rovers. We specialise in low volume bespoke exhausts.

If a replacement chassis has been fitted there may be some differences in hangar brackets etc., causing fitting issues with the exhaust which is beyond our control.
