300TDI ENGINE CONVERSION INTERCOOLER KIT LAND ROVER S3 LHD, Conversion Intercooler Kit for
Land Rover Discovery 300 Tdi or Defender 300 Tdi into LATE 2A, Series 3 land Rovers,
LEFT HAND DRIVE, when used in conjunction with our engine bay kit.
THIS KIT IS TO MOUNT AND CONNECT THE 300TDI INTERCOOLER TO THE 300 DEFENDER OR DISCOVERY 1 300TDI ENGINE INTO A LAND ROVER SERIES LATE 2A (HEADLIGHTS IN WINGS) AND SERIES 3 LHD.
The kit consists of Metal pipework in Aluminised mild steel, rubber hoses with stainless steel hose clips.
This intercooler kit should be used in conjunction with SPCK338s3W radiator/cooling system kit as the guidance notes include the front panel alterations, the 300TDI intercooler (the same item for both Defender and Discovery)
will stand SIDEWAYS and the 300tdi turbo will need clocking, this is usually done as part of the 300 Tdi engine bay kit part of the conversion however if this is used with a 200Tdi engine it will also need doing, please contact us for the turbo bracket mod kit.
If using this for the 200Tdi conversion we also recommend sourcing the 300Tdi air filter box and induction pipe along with our fitting kit

This conversion cannot be carried out with EDC engines that were fitted in to the Discovery automatic gearbox models from 1996 onwards.
