300TDI CONVERSION FRONT PIPE IN DEFENDER 90/110 SPEX150

300TDI CONVERSION FRONT PIPE IN DEFENDER 90/110 SPEX150, FITS WITH OUR BOLT ON CONVERSION ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET, For LAND ROVER Discovery and Defender 300 Tdi engine into 4 Cylinder Defender 90 and 110. This mates up to the standard 90/110 Turbo Diesel exhaust system (1986 to 1990 models). 

This conversion front exhaust pipe has also been designed to fit along with our new bolt on engine bracket kit SPCK300EBK which uses the standard Left Hand side engine mounting bracket off your Defender 4 cylinder engine and our specially made Right hand engine mounting bracket.

This specially made front pipe  is manufactured by ourselves from aluminised, mild steel and 409 stainless with mild steel flange. Supplied with olive, gasket, manifold nuts. Painted with heat resistant paint

This is designed to mate up with the existing turbo diesel exhaust system (1986-1990 models), however this front pipe IS included in our full system for a 110 SPCK300X110B or for a 90 SPCK300XB  

We recommend fitting the full exhaust system if possible as it is a larger bore exhaust

This front exhaust pipe can also be used when a 300Tdi manifold is fitted to a 200Tdi conversion and fitted in to a Defender 90/110 IMAGE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY STEVE PARKERS LIMITED have been designing and manufacturing conversion exhausts for over 25 years. Many of our exhausts are made in aluminised mild steel, 409 or 304 grade stainless steel. With mild steel flanges. Usually, they are designed for the engine requirements but also, we try to use the standard chassis brackets and rubber mountings. However, on some model’s other brackets may be required due to the many models of Land Rovers. We specialise in low volume bespoke exhausts.
