This full conversion exhaust system is to fit a 2.3 or 2.8 Ford V6 Petrol into a Series 2, Series 2A or Series 3 Short Wheel Base Right Hand Drive

Manufactured in Aluminised mild steel with mild steel flanges, all in larger bore pipework and silencers designed for a bigger engine
This exhaust full system comprises of
- Front pipes , left hand one, plus the right hand one is in 2 pieces
- Middle silencer,
- Rear silencer with tailpipe exiting on the drivers side, ,
- Tailpipe bracket, clamps,
- Nut bolts and washers

The front pipes are designed to mate nearside (LH) exhaust manifold up to 06/1979 will fit but manifolds after 06/1979 will have to be modified by cutting and welding or change to early type manifold. The offside manifold is turned round to face the front of the vehicle.
This full conversion exhaust kit is designed to follow the same route as the standard exhaust system and to hang on the same chassis brackets as the standard exhaust and is designed for vehicles that have are fitted with standard leaf springs and the standard Series gearbox.

With mild steel flanges. Usually, they are designed for the engine requirements but also, we try to use the standard chassis brackets and rubber mountings. However, on some model’s other brackets may be required due to the many models of Land Rovers. We specialise in low volume bespoke exhausts.
