This kit is design to fit Land Rover Series 3 with the smith temperature gauge it fits in the lower half of your engine sump so that you are able to read your oil temperature. This can be used on both conversions

ERC8973 Temperature Sender Adaptor Fine Thread Land Rover late Series 2A and Series 3

This a fine thread temperature sender adaptor to enable you to use the standard Land Rover Series Late 2A & Series 3 temperature sender 560794 to allow the gauge to read the engine temperature. We can also supply this with temp sender (SPCK224TADAPS3)

This is also suitable for other engine conversion in the Series Land Rovers.

Our Adaptor has been modified from the original part number with a longer external thread

SPCK338TADAPS3 300TDI TEMP SENDER ADAPTOR FOR SERIES

300TDI TEMP SENDER ADAPTOR FOR SERIES, This is a specially machined thermostat plug adaptor made from brass to fit into the top of the thermostat housing

Our temperature sender conversion adaptor will allow you to fit the standard Land Rover Series 3 temp sender 560794 which will give you correct temperature readings on the Land Rover Series 2A (from 1968) & Series 3 temperature gauge  when a 300 Tdi engine is fitted from a Defender or Discovery 1
