Conversion front exhaust pipe for Discovery 200 into Defender 90/110. a quality product manufactured by ourselves in Aluminised mild steel. This is designed to mate upto the standard Land Rover turbo diesel or 200 defender exhaust system. This specially made front exhaust pipe fits directly onto the Discovery 200 tdi turbo outlet designed in such a way to allow exhaust gases to flow through the system easier without restrictions unlike some poor imitations found on ebay. We are the original designer & manufacturer of this exhaust pipe. Along with the rest of our conversion kits makes your conversion look like a proffesional job.

 We have been developing conversion kits for Land Rovers for over 25 years and manufacturing exhaust for over 13 years We then recommend fitting a standard turbo diesel exhaust or a Defender 200 tdi exhaust system as they are made differently internally than a normally aspirated or petrol system, this allows the exhaust gases to flow properly, so the engine doesn't overheat and doesn't cause back pressure. Our pipe is sleeved to suit either system. You cut into the front pipe of either of these systems to mate it up to our front pipe. No modifications are required to the vehicle using this front pipe. Made from aluminsed mild steel in 2 sections out of 1¾" tube, also supplied as a full exhaust kit

Made from aluminised mild steel from 1¾" tube.  Also supplied as a full exhaust system.  This mates upto our specially made cast iron exhaust manifold on the nearside of  the engine.  This has SPLR stamped in the casting.  Please check before ordering
